Look, who's talking?
We would like to prove, that we are able to create such an application that can communicate on the level of a three-year-old child. Not just being able to read up, not just responding with a nearly adequate sentence from a group of recorded sentences, but to express its sensual experience with correct words and sentences. To create such an application, that is able to sense, percept, process stimuli coming from the external environment – including external verbal human communication stimuli – and is able to reply and communicate adequately. Our goal is to create replies that are meaningful, interpretable and situationally correct, thus model clearly the human communication. Our further goal, after having created meaningful replies, is to create such an application that is able to handle abstract concepts as well. An application that makes logical, reasonable decisions within the domain of rational human thinking and models the human mind.
The application to be developed could be used in all areas where emotionless, rational thinking is essential. Such areas could be the operation of various network systems including utility and telecommunication networks, distance learning, traffic management.
